Keep it personal.

When you use the enquiry form, your name, email address, message, and event details are stored securely in our admin enquiry inbox and emailed to our configured booking contacts so they can respond. These normally include Liam and Rob McGlashon; a temporary contact may handle enquiries while we are away.

How the form works

Cloudflare hosts the website and processes form requests, human verification, and outbound email. Turnstile uses technical information, which may include your IP address, to help prevent automated abuse. Enquiries are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database accessible to authorized booking administrators. Records are automatically removed after the configured retention period (365 days by default). Email copies and downloaded backups may be retained separately for booking correspondence.

Please do not include sensitive personal information. Messages may be kept in our inboxes for enquiry follow-up and booking correspondence. To ask about your information or request deletion, email Liam@McGlashon.ca.

Admin access

Signed-in administrators use a secure session cookie. Account passwords are hashed, authenticator keys are encrypted, and account activity is logged. Public visitors do not need an account.

Video and external links

The performance video connects to YouTube only after you choose to play it. YouTube, Facebook, and other linked services have their own privacy policies. This website does not include advertising trackers or a mailing-list signup.
